The new furniture in my room provided a fresh feel to the premises. Ventilation and heating systems functioned perfectly. I found the staff polite and helpful in every interaction.

The hotel does not have a refrigerator in every room which was a slight inconvenience.

the room was spacious. i found the grown alchemist stuff in the bathroom (i really like this brand). the check in was quick. the receptions were friendly and cute.

the hotel doesn't offer breakfast (except on weekends), which is a big disadvantage.

the reception staff was super friendly. they were helpful with all requests. the staff provided clear instructions. these instructions explained the heating and aircon usage. an additional fan was also available upon request.

the room was clean and quite big. the bed was very comfortable for me. the thick curtains made the room quite dark too.

arriving with a car was not great. people parked for days in the loading bay. there was no car park available upon arrival.
